That's where you come in!Job Description:REQUIREMENTS:Total experience 9+ years,Experience  as Product Owner in Agile environmentsMust have Skills: Product Ownership, Product Planning and RoadmappingGood To Have Skills SAFeStrong experience in product backlog ownership, prioritization, and roadmap alignmentProven ability to translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, PRD/FRDStrong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologiesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with JIRA / Azure DevOps / Confluence or similar toolsGood understanding of systems, integrations, and data flowsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teamsExposure to analytics, data-driven decision making, or AI-enabled productsDomain experience in retail, sales execution, or field force automationExperience with mobile applications or digital platformsRESPONSIBILITIES:Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned to product goals and roadmapTranslate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteriaLead backlog grooming and refinement sessions with engineering teamsParticipate in sprint planning, reviews, and demosTrack delivery progress and proactively flag risks or dependenciesAct as the first point of contact for feature-level clarifications during developmentSupport UAT, defect triage, and release readiness activitiesGather feedback from users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvements Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
