Must Have Job Description: Operations ManagerRole OverviewThe Operations Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence across projects by ensuring strong delivery governance, financial discipline, client satisfaction, and people management. The role requires hands-on ownership of project execution, forecasting, capacity planning, and continuous process improvement while managing multiple stakeholders and teams.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Own end-to-end operational delivery of small to large projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. • Manage and improve project profitability through effective scope management, forecasting, budget tracking, billing accuracy, and revenue realization. • Monitor capacity utilization, productivity, cycle times, and surplus hours to ensure optimal resource usage. • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, responsiveness, and expectation management. • Anticipate client-side and internal delivery risks and proactively propose mitigation plans. • Lead and manage cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams; foster a high-performance and collaborative work environment. • Independently manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Participate in proposal development, effort estimation, and improving RFP-to-RFQ conversion ratios for large engagements. • Drive up sell and cross-sell opportunities by identifying additional client needs and building sales leads through structured processes. • Conduct regular reviews, document feedback, and ensure timely closure of actions and deliverables. • Prepare weekly/monthly client reports and present to client• Work with team to keep internal documents (SOP) up to date• Drive team to ensure 100% compliances on Mandatory training and audits.• Experience of working on Digital & print assets like banners, emailers, social media, digital panel, PDF, video etc.• Should be flexible to work in UK/US hours________________________________________Key Skills & Competencies• Strong operations and project management expertise• Financial acumen (forecasting, budgeting, revenue tracking)• Client and stakeholder management• People leadership and performance management• Risk identification and mitigation• Excellent written and verbal communication• Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities________________________________________Qualifications & Experience• 10+ years of experience in Operations Management, Project Management, or Account/Service Management roles• Educational background: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA with MBA / PGDM preferred • Experience in digital, marketing, or consulting environments preferred• Proven track record of managing complex projects and teamsGood to have • Problem solving and business acumen

· Understands the problem from multiple dimensions. Solves problems in a timely fashion by generating and assessing options, evaluating implications and implementing solutions thoroughly
· Identifies and executes financial drivers of own function to enhance profitability/productivity/ market share for business growth
· Continuously seeks information from current clients and prospects to understand emerging needs and make meaningful interpretations

Must have:

• Qualification: MBA
• Min 6-10 yrs. of exp in Project management & 5+yrs of exp in client facing role
• Superior communication skills
• Should have managed large teams
• Proficient in financial concepts.
• Life science / pharma background would be mandatory
• Ability to deal with multiple stake holders and manage client’s expectations
• Ability to take initiatives with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Passion for networking and updating oneself with the latest market trends and relate it to identifying business opportunities
• Structured thinking and articulation
• Ability to manage pressure and work with multiple stakeholders "
