Associate, Marketing Technologist
Fidelity Investments is seeking an Associate Marketing Technologist to join their Content Enablement team. This role involves supporting marketing and sales initiatives through technical development work and collaboration with various partners to enhance content management and delivery. Responsibilities Support initiatives that enhance how we manage and deliver content across marketing and sales channels Collaborate with partners in marketing, sales, technology, and data Perform hands-on technical development work to build and optimize experiences in our sales enablement platforms Align resources and priorities for technology enhancements Implement strategies for better content organization and delivery Contribute to projects aimed at modernizing our content ecosystem Skills Bachelor's degree in Technology, Marketing, Business, or related field 0–4 years of experience in digital marketing, sales enablement, tech consulting, product management, or related roles Proficiency in SQL and/or JSON for building and optimizing content experiences Familiarity with content management systems, digital asset management tools, and sales enablement platforms Understanding of taxonomy, metadata, and content tagging concepts Ability to interpret marketing performance data and dashboards Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools Experience facilitating cross-functional projects and timelines Proactive problem-solving and adaptability Technical aptitude with web technologies and integrations Familiarity with API concepts and how they enable data exchange between systems Experience with Seismic is preferred; ability to configure and customize Seismic experiences like custom LiveDocs is a plus Foundational knowledge of financial services and asset management is preferred but not required Benefits Comprehensive health care coverage and emotional well-being support Market-leading retirement Generous paid time off and parental leave Charitable giving employee match program Educational assistance including student loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, and learning resources to develop your career Company Overview Fidelity’s mission is to strengthen the financial well-being of our customers and deliver better outcomes for the clients and businesses we serve.
