Associate Marketing Manager-Beauty / Wellness Brand

People Architects is excited to recruit for our client, a fast-growing, clean beauty and wellness brand who is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to join their lean, high-performing team and play a pivotal role in campaign execution and channel growth. As the Associate Marketing Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of campaign execution — shaping launches, email flows, and digital activations that turn curiosity into loyalty. You’ll collaborate with creative, social, and design partners to bring products to life across every channel, from DTC to TikTok to retail shelves, celebrating the brand’s clean formulations and modern aesthetic. Partnering closely with the Director of Marketing, you will take ownership of core marketing programs and ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly. With a strong foundation in digital marketing, you’ll optimize email and SMS, refine funnels, and lead the creative rhythm behind product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling. Responsibilities: • Execute integrated campaigns across email, SMS, social, influencer, and affiliate channels. • Write compelling copy that connects with customers and amplifies the brand voice. • Partner with creative teams to design assets in Canva or Adobe that make products shine. • Support product launches from concept to execution — creative briefs, timelines, and rollout plans. • Build and optimize email/SMS automations (migrating from Yotpo to Klaviyo). • Track and analyze campaign performance; share insights that improve ROI and engagement. • Stay inspired by beauty and wellness trends and bring that inspiration to every launch. Qualifications (Required and Preferred): • 3–5+ years in marketing within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or wellness. • Hands-on experience in DTC or ecommerce marketing (email, SMS, social, or influencer). • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills — you can turn product benefits into emotion. • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Yotpo, Shopify, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. • A collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial drive — comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led culture. • Proven success in campaign management, funnel optimization, and A/B testing. • Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple initiatives with tight deadlines. • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and motivated to grow into a marketing leader over time.
