About the position

The Associate in Manufacturing & Supply Chain at McKinsey Implementation plays a crucial role in helping organizations achieve sustainable growth by providing end-to-end support in implementing McKinsey's recommended changes. Responsibilities

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree.

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, including logistics strategy, network design, and supply chain optimization.

• Strong interest in coaching or mentoring clients.

• Proven problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical).

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment.

• Comfort with ambiguous and ever-changing situations.

• Effective communication skills in English and local office languages.
