Strong interest in coaching or mentoring clients.

Proven problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment.

Comfort with ambiguous and ever-changing situations.

Effective communication skills in English and local office languages.
