Key Responsibilities
Ā Spearhead impact measurement initiatives for Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) Data and Analytics projects, driving actionable insights for General Mills' SRM team.
Ā Utilize financial acumen, data analysis expertise, and statistical rigor to assess the performance of revenue management capabilities amidst complex data environments.
Ā Provide consultation on revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and enhance P&L impact.
Ā Conduct ad hoc analytics leveraging diverse data sources to address critical business inquiries.
Ā Prototype revenue management solutions for scalability and future integration into business processes.
Ā Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate adoption of new processes and overcome implementation barriers.
Ā Demonstrate proficiency in statistical measurement, forecasting, and econometrics, applying advanced analytical tools to evaluate sales dynamics and market trends.
Ā Communicate complex findings effectively through compelling written and verbal presentations, driving actionable outcomes.
Ā Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and data sources to deliver actionable insights efficiently.
Ā Innovate within analytical frameworks, developing and refining processes to drive business value.
Required Qualifications
Ā Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or finance; advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in data science, statistics, econometrics, or related discipline preferred.
Ā 3-5+ years of experience in Finance, Revenue Management, advanced sales/marketing analytics, or econometrics, preferably in the consumer packaged goods or retail industry.
