Job Posting Title: Associate Manager, Awards (Disney Entertainment Television) Req ID: 10130609 Job Description: The Associate Manager for awards will manage awards functions for Disney Branded Television, Onyx Collective and Freeform. They’ll be the point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders in terms of communicating priorities, collecting submission materials, coordinating ceremony attendance (tickets and travel), and any other opportunities that may arise. The individual will also assist on awards campaigns for other Disney Entertainment Television projects. Responsibilities: Oversee submissions and assist with creating reels, essays and other materials as needed Manage PR and submission agencies Supply weekly updates to internal stakeholders, and consult with them on priorities Organize tickets/table purchases and travel to ceremonies Maintain screener site, including updating information and creative Collaborate on awards campaigns for high priority titles, partnering with talent and producers to develop and execute strategy Provide on-site support at events and awards ceremonies, including (but not limited to) ordering DCPs, creating holding graphics, managing check-in and tracking/greeting talent, reps, press and moderators Manage the budget and work with finance on processing invoices and onboarding vendors Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience working in an awards, marketing or PR capacity in a studio, network, agency or similar environment Interest and working knowledge of the entertainment industry Available to work nights and weekends Strong presentation skills Meticulous organizational skills with experience identifying opportunities to drive operational efficiencies Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with Google Slides #JConference2025 The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $69,200 to $95,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
