Manage and triage carrier issues for sellers, providing timely and efficient resolution.
Act as the main point of contact between sellers and carriers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Monitor carrier performance and escalate issues as necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions to improve carrier performance and seller satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of carrier issues and resolutions.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in carrier management.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on carrier performance and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
