Associate Insurance Advisor, Real Estate Practice

The Associate Insurance Advisor role in the Real Estate Practice involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting account management, and ensuring accuracy in documentation and transactions. Responsibilities Provides exceptional customer experience working with Production teams Demonstrates good technical insurance knowledge Adheres to HUB Service Guidelines Demonstrates commitment to teamwork by supporting Account Executive/Account Manager (Producer) and Marketer with all aspects of servicing accounts Responds to customer requests acting within license authority Acts as primary customer service contact in the absence of Producer Attends Critical Path meetings and completes any action items assigned within specified timeframe Processes all documentation and transactions according to HUB workflows Promptly reviews and manages account reconciliation working with Accounting, Producer and Client Reviews and prioritizes all assigned tasks daily including mail, emails, abeyances, activities Provides Accounts Receivable support to Producer for payment reminder letters as requested Maintains accuracy of electronic files Reviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurers Continues professional development to enhance skills and technical knowledge Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Skills Level 2 General Insurance License 1-2 years of insurance experience Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; collaborates well working as part of a team Thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong business acumen and organizational skills Intermediate MS Office knowledge, with focus on Excel and Word Benefits Company matching RRSP contributions Tuition financing and career-related training and development Customizable flexible benefits options for you and your family Mental and physical wellness initiatives A positive, collaborative and team-oriented environment Ongoing personal and career development Company Overview HUB International is an insurance brokerage company that offers employee benefits, business, and personal insurance products and services.
