Responsibilities Complete three meaningful rotations in areas such as Operations, Wealth, Strategy, Sales, and Marketing Contribute to impactful projects and initiatives that challenge and showcase your leadership Participate in a tailored leadership learning program with curated content Benefit from one-on-one mentoring with program and rotation managers Collaborate with peers on a real-world business challenge and present recommendations to senior executives Build your network and gain exposure to senior leaders across the organization Skills Recent undergraduates (within the past eighteen months) from a Canadian college or university Strong academic performance in any discipline Demonstrated leadership and community involvement through extracurricular activities, volunteering, or innovative projects Passion for leadership, driving change, and making an impact Eligible to work in Canada and available to start full-time in September 2026 Benefits Competitive compensation, pension, and benefits.
