Associate Distribution Consultant / Sales Enablement

Natixis Investment Managers is among the world’s largest asset management firms, and they are seeking an Associate Distribution Consultant to support distribution and sales enablement initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes, analyze sales data, and assist in maintaining client-facing tools and resources.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of distribution and sales enablement initiatives by gathering information, preparing materials, and assisting with business planning activitiesCollaborate with cross‑functional partners (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Technology) to help coordinate projects and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on timeAssist in maintaining and improving client‑facing tools, resources, and processes that support sales engagement and relationship managementHelp analyze data related to sales activity, client targeting, and distribution effectiveness using tools such as Excel, SQL, and reporting platformsWrite and modify basic SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data for reporting and business insightsSupport the creation of recurring and ad‑hoc reports and dashboards for internal stakeholdersAssist with training efforts by helping organize materials, documentation, and tools used by distribution teamsSupport evaluation of distribution tools and technology by documenting feedback, tracking issues, and assisting with testing enhancementsHelp monitor performance metrics and prepare summary insights for leadership presentationsManage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlinesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships, co‑ops, or academic projects) in sales support, analytics, enablement, or a related fieldDemonstrated interest in mutual fund wholesaling and sales strategy, with developing knowledge of asset management products and distribution channelsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain data and ideas to different audiencesHigh energy, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn in a fast‑paced, collaborative environmentStrong technical aptitude and interest in working with data, systems, and business toolsExperience with SQL, including writing basic queriesComfort working with Excel and structured dataStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detailAbility to work independently while also collaborating effectively with teammatesExposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus but not requiredBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental and vision insurancePaid time off401k planTuition reimbursementStudent loan repayment programWellness benefitsVolunteer programsCompany OverviewNatixis Investment Managers’ multi-affiliate approach connects clients to the independent thinking and focused expertise of more than 15 active managers.
