Masters or equivalent experience, PhD and/or MBA preferredProficient in English, written and verbal; German language skills considered an assetStrong grasp of the drug development process from pre-clinical to commercialization, with a scientific understanding of cell and gene therapy, microbial and/or mRNA manufacturingCommercial experience in the CDMO space is preferredProven previous involvement in contract negotiations in a leading role and as part of negotiating contractsLeading all collaborators involved in negotiations (such as Lawyers, Proposal Managers, Commercial Development) up to final close of a contractA proven track record in delivering year-on-year business targets for complex service or high-value dealsA strong understanding of drug development and commercialization processesStrong technical understanding of drug substance and drug product manufacturing processes within the Specialized Modalities therapy sectorEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
