Lead the development of innovative medical device systems through effective management and coordination of the Innovation R&D team. Utilize expert knowledge and experience in medical device development to drive and guide the team towards success. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team to promote the generation of new and groundbreaking ideas. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, ensuring timely and effective execution of projects. Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to inform the development of new products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of projects. Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance, support, and training to foster their professional growth and development. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare providers, and industry experts, to gather insights and feedback on product development. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the product development process. Represent the company in industry conferences, events, and meetings to promote the company's innovation capabilities and build partnerships with potential collaborators.
