Developing and maintaining production models that automate revenue optimization processes and deliver measurable business value
Presenting findings and model results to stakeholders, including senior leadership, with clarity and confidence
Working primarily in Python, SQL, or other coding languages to build scalable analytical solutions
Formulating and testing hypotheses to understand what insights can be derived from data and what limitations exist
Mentoring and collaborating with team members to foster a culture of shared learning and growth
Establishing code standards, participating in code reviews, and documenting workflows, models, and implementations

Essential Qualifications

Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and quantitative reasoning
