What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the implementation of Cybersecurity and Digital Risk programs to protect the airline and its customers
- Support daily tasks for cybersecurity programs including incident response, application cybersecurity, and vulnerability management
- Conduct cybersecurity threat assessments and assist with documentation updates
- Collaborate with digital technology teams and external partners to enhance security solutions
- Communicate cybersecurity concepts and metrics effectively to various audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all management levels
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Education or training in STEM or Cybersecurity
- 2+ years of related experience in cybersecurity
- Security+ certification
- Moderate programming skills
- Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and network design
