From onboarding to long-term optimization, you will guide users through training, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven insights that improve their operational performance. Youāll be a trusted partner throughout the customer journey, working cross-functionally to enhance user satisfaction and retention. This is a remote-based role with minimal travel, ideal for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and committed to customer success.Accountabilities:
Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers adopt best practices and maximize platform usage
Deliver training sessions and resources to improve customer proficiency
Monitor and respond to support requests, ensuring timely resolutions
Analyze customer data and usage trends to identify areas for improvement
Maintain clear and helpful documentation in a knowledge base
Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Implementation, and Account Management
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in customer success, preferably in a SaaS or supply chain environment
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Quick to learn new technology platforms and tools
Customer-first mindset with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
Must be based in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this role
