Position Snapshot
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Customer Service Representative to join our Everyday Banking operations. In this role you will be the front‑line voice of arenaflex, handling a high volume of inquiries across phone, text, chat, video, and emerging digital channels. You’ll help customers navigate deposits, payments, ATM services, fraud concerns, and a variety of everyday banking products while delivering a best‑in‑class experience that reflects arenaflex’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers via phone, text, live chat, video chat, and social‑media messaging platforms, providing accurate, courteous, and timely assistance.
Diagnose and resolve routine banking inquiries such as balance checks, transaction disputes, ATM issues, fund transfers, and account maintenance requests.
Utilize multiple arenaflex‑specific systems and search tools to locate customer information, verify identity, and document interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
Escalate complex or high‑risk issues to senior teammates or specialized departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce friction, and proactively suggest enhancements that benefit both customers and arenaflex operations.

Essential Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, financial services, contact‑center environments, or a comparable combination of work, training, military service, or education.

Training Schedule & Expectations
