Associate, CRM

Dow Jones is a global provider of news and business information, and they are seeking a CRM Associate to support marketing initiatives aimed at driving subscriber engagement and retention. The role involves leveraging marketing technology and customer data to deploy effective lifecycle marketing campaigns and collaborating with various teams within the organization. Responsibilities Support marketing tactics and strategies for engaging and retaining subscribers Oversee the timely creation, production, and delivery of marketing materials. Work with internal departments and external agencies, draft creative briefs, provide creative feedback and manage internal approvals Operate directly within CRM tool(s) to conceptualize and build holistic, multi-channel subscriber journeys and experiments Collect and share insights regarding campaign performance in an organized and clear manner Communicate effectively in cross-functional meetings Exercise a thorough knowledge of Dow Jones brands and an ability to balance team goals with overall company objectives Skills Minimum 1 year of experience working in a CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing role.
