Associate Compliance Analyst

The Boston Beer Company is currently hiring for the position of Associate Compliance Analyst. This role involves supporting the approval of alcoholic beverages and managing regulatory submissions, licensing, and compliance tasks related to product labeling and advertising.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and prepare, maintain and follow up on regulatory submissions for product approval, including formula and label approvalsParticipate in interactions with regulatory agencies as needed to obtain product approval/clearanceParticipate in key meetings and decision-making process regarding formulation and labelingAssist in the review and approval of product labeling, packaging and advertising for compliance with applicable regulationsCoordinate and prepare regulatory submissions to support the import and export of alcoholic beveragesCoordinate, prepare, and maintain federal and state licensing to support the production and sales of alcoholic beveragesPrepare and organize internal databases and documents on a variety of regulatory and compliance mattersPerforms other regulatory affairs duties when requestedMay assist in the performance of internal quality and regulatory compliance audits and the evaluation and monitoring of corrective actionsPerform factual and legal researchProvides backup support to others on the Regulatory Affairs teamTactical/Execution of Regulatory tasks as assignedSkills1 - 5 years of relevant work experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and ExcelExcellent, clear language and communication skills, written and verbalStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment and under time constraints and deadlines4-year degreeBenefitsGenerous healthcare on day oneStock purchase plan401kTuition reimbursementFertility/adoption supportFree financial coachingHealth & wellness program and discountsProfessional development & trainingFree beer!Company OverviewWe are The Boston Beer Company and together we are heavy.
