About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Commercial Loan Servicing Representative within Commercial Banking Operations as a part of Wholesale Operations. In this role, you will: β€’ Identify ways to improve loan processing within established procedures β€’ Perform routine administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks β€’ Enter data, process payments and loan coding changes, monitor, research and correct exception reports, audit the system of record, and process cash management transactions β€’ Receive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine client concerns to experienced individuals β€’ Interact with internal and external customers to respond to the raised concerns as well as determine appropriate course of action β€’ Serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiates, and enact settlements accordingly Required Qualifications: β€’ 6+ months of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: β€’ Proficient in commercial loan documentation, with specialized expertise in title-related matters β€’ Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information β€’ Intermediate Microsoft Office skills β€’ Ability to manage self-paced work environment β€’ Sound analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy β€’ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Job Expectations: β€’ This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship β€’ Candidate must be based out of posted location β€’ This position offers a full time in office work schedule β€’ Relocation assistance is not available for this position β€’ Ability to work additional hours as needed Posting Locations: β€’ MINNEAPOLIS, MN Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
