You will position our company for growth by adeptly navigating complexities, which will enable you to shape our strategic product vision.Your mission will be to mitigate technical risks, select model features that incentivize customers to choose our solutions, and solve internal bottlenecks to propel our company forward. You will be expected to discover and deliver the first version of our AI product. The buck stops with you to ensure that our investments in technology better inform decisions that drive real estate asset returns while decreasing risk. We expect you to assume full ownership of the product vision, later partnering with a delivery leader to build out the product organization, so that the Founder can grow the business. To thrive in this role, you must have a strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future moves and navigate high-stakes scenarios. Desired Skilled and Experience: -Previous co-founder experience -Light data science skills: equivalent skills of a high school sophomore, where a Data Scientist level would be a PhD. -Competent data engineering skills: Can handle constructing data pipelines with dirty/inconsistent data. efficiency/scalability may vary, but you can get the job done. -Strong Data Analytics Background -Industry Experience or Financial Literacy: Experience in proptech, financial services, asset management, private equity, or banking, or demonstrated financial literacy through extensive personal investment experience. -Strong product management skills and experience -Competent software engineering skills -Previous coursework or background in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics. -Track record delivering unscalable data analytics MVPs in resource-constrained environments.
