About the position

The Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) position at Johnson & Johnson is designed as a 6-9 month training program for individuals with little to no experience in electrophysiology (EP). This role is pivotal in preparing candidates for a future position as a Clinical Account Specialist (CAS), where they will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and EP lab staff. The ACAS will be responsible for training on the effective use of BWI's systems and catheter equipment, including the CARTO? The role demands the ability to prioritize requests in a high-stress environment while maintaining composure and a problem-solving focus. Daily communication through email and voicemail is expected, along with collaboration with local teams and support staff to ensure seamless operations.
