Associate, Client Processing I
## Key Role Overview
This role provides client service and transactional support within the Depositary Receipts Dublin Operations team. The Associate will process account-related transactions, handle routine and complex operational tasks, interact with other teams to resolve issues, and escalate more complex matters to senior colleagues. The position may include allocating and checking the work of team members and contributing to team objectives.
## What are the Key Responsibilities?
- Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
- Interact with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
- Process account-related transactions per scheduled events or client authenticated direction.
- Follow established procedures to answer inquiries and resolve problems or issues.
- Manage situations requiring adaptation of response or extensive research according to client response.
- Escalate more complex situations to senior colleagues.
- Integrate area knowledge with understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
- Perform complex operational tasks in a product or functional area.
- May be responsible for allocating and checking work of team members and specific supervisory review and approval actions.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
## What are the Required Qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Ability to perform client service and transactional support tasks, follow established procedures, research issues, and escalate when necessary.
## What are the Preferred Qualifications?
- 0-3 years of total work experience is preferred.
- Experience or familiarity with depositary receipts, financial services operations, or similar operational roles is desirable.
- Prior exposure to operational workflows, supervisory review, or team allocation responsibilities is a plus.
