Associate Brand Manager, Pabst

Remote Full-time
Welcome to Pabst! We may be nearly 200 years old but we will never stop exploring with energy and excitement. We have some of America’s most iconic brands and are on a quest to realize their future potential. We want you to join the team if you are….

A DOER WHO DARES TO DREAM

Right now, we need an Associate Brand Manager ("ABM") to work on the Pabst portfolio, who's equal parts creative thinker and execution minded. The ABM role is responsible for making sure our ideas make it from PowerPoint slides to store shelves in a way that stands out and drives purchase. This is a critical role to shape the future of Pabst and work collaboratively across all business functions.

This role is based in Los Angeles, with flexibility for mobile work depending on business needs, retailer calendars, and key moments of execution.

Why Pabst

Pabst is a portfolio of iconic American brands with a deep cultural footprint and an appetite to do things differently. This role offers the opportunity to shape how Pabst Blue Ribbon and Pabst Light show up at retail, influence real commercial outcomes, and build programs that matter to sales, retailers, and consumers alike.

What We Offer:
• Flexibility: a remote work schedule, unlimited vacation time, 9 sick days, 10 holidays, 2 volunteer days
• Care: comprehensive health care plans, a 401(k) match contribution with immediate vesting, Paid Parental Leave, Short-term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, and much, much more…note all benefits are subject to plan rules and, if applicable, waiting periods
• Nourishment: for your soul with our casual, yet driven work environment, and for your brain with challenges and cross-functional collaboration

What you'll do:
• Commercialization and Execution
• Drive commercialization for Pabst’s portfolio, including innovation, seasonal LTO’s, and retail programming
• Manage cross-functional workflows and ensure nothing gets stuck in the idea stage
• Develop selling tools, retailer decks and activation plans that help sales win
• Innovation and Product
• Support innovation work with cross functional teammates - from early stage concepts all the way to launch
• Track performance and learnings to inform future bets
• Manage artwork/packaging approval process, working with design, sales, legal, and operations to bring to life
• Shopper and Retail Programming
• Build programs in partnership with the team that sells more beer across retail and on-premise channels
• Develop POS toolkits, displays and shopper messaging that stands out in a competitive beer landscape
• Become an expert on the brands at a regional level, understanding their nuances at a wholesaler, retailer, and consumer level to create effective marketing and retail programs

What you'll need:
• 2-5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, shopper marketing, or project management
• BevAlc experience preferred, but not necessary
• You could come from the CPG world, or somewhere less traditional
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite (excel, powerpoint, outlook)
• Experience with syndicated data and analytics software (Nielsen, VIP, or similar)
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
• Highly organized operator, with strong project management skills, but you also care about the creative details
• Have and communicate your point of view, but also take feedback well
• Curiosity about what’s next - you think about the Pabst that exists tomorrow, as well as the one people know and love

If this is you please apply now!

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience.
