The Role: The Associate Brand Designer role supports our brand's visual identity and creative output across various channels, working within the Brand team to create compelling visual content while developing expertise in our brand guidelines and design systems.What you'll do: Design ExecutionCreate on-brand visual content for digital and print materials, particularly focusing on social media, presentations, and marketing collateralAssist in maintaining and implementing our visual identity systemContribute fresh perspectives while working within established guidelinesWe'd love to hear from you if you have:Minimum 2-3 years of relevant design experienceStrong proficiency in FigmaStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator & Photoshop)Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across projectsPortfolio demonstrating clean, contemporary design workStrong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color and compositionAbility to work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh perspectivesProficiency in creating both print and digital design assetsProject management skills with ability to shift priorities when neededCollaborative mindset and openness to feedbackUnderstanding of production processes, including printer specificationsExperience with digital asset management and file organizationComfortable explaining design decisions and receiving feedbackNice to have skills:3D asset production & renderingInteraction designAfter Effects knowledgeEveryone is welcome at PaddleAt Paddle, we’re committed to removing invisible barriers, both for our customers and within our own teams.
