Requirements: Juris Doctor, Admission to NY State Bar, Labor Law 200, 240, 241
What You Will Be Doing
Attend hearings, trials, depositions
Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation
Defend owners and contractors from Labor Law 200, 240(1), and 241(6) claims
What You Need for this Position
JD with Admission to the NY state bar association
Experience handling Labor Law 200, 240(1) and 241(6) claims is strongly preferred
Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents
