Established (135+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Education Law Attorney for Education Practice in California (Remote)An established firm based in California with over 135 years in practice is seeking an Education Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team remote. This Attorney will have experience providing counsel to public and private K-12 schools, community college districts, and related agencies, advising on a wide range of education law issues including labor and employment, investigations, personnel management and discipline, facilities, contracts, Public Records Act requests, and compliance with the Brown Act. Offer:
Salary range: $127,500-$185,000, contingent on experience

The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
The candidate must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing.
The candidate must have 3+ years of post-law school experience in education law.
The candidate must have experience advising school districts on labor and employment, investigations, personnel management, and compliance matters.
The candidate must possess strong research, writing, and communication skills. Responsibilities:
The attorney will provide legal counsel to public and private K-12 schools, community college districts, and related agencies.
The attorney will advise clients on labor and employment issues, personnel management, and disciplinary actions.
The attorney will assist with investigations, facilities and contract matters, and compliance with the Public Records Act and Brown Act.
The attorney will collaborate with clients to develop practical solutions to complex education law issues.
The attorney will maintain compliance with firm billing and reporting requirements.
