Work on bankruptcy matters, commercial litigation, and real estate/transactional work.
Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
Draft legal documents, including motions and contracts.
Interact with clients and adversaries directly.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in commercial litigation
2+ years of experience in real estate/transaction law.
Admission to the New Jersey bar required (PA and/or NY admission a plus).
Strong legal drafting, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
