The Associate Application Setup Consultant will support the configuration and optimization of dealership software post-implementation, ensuring long-term customer success and improving dealership workflows.ResponsibilitiesServe as a key resource for dealerships after initial software setup, supporting ongoing configuration and optimization needsUnderstand and respond to dealership workflows, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and better software alignmentCollaborate with the Customer Engagement Management, Scheduler, and Service Cart teams to deliver a cohesive customer experienceHelp translate dealership feedback into actionable software changes or enhancements without disrupting existing workflowsContribute to the development and refinement of internal documentation and customer-facing resourcesProactively communicate any roadblocks and escalate when necessary, ensuring timely resolutionParticipate in the continuous improvement of our implementation and support processesMentor internal team members on product knowledge to enhance cross-functional understandingSkillsExperience working in a dealership environment, especially within Fixed OperationsFamiliarity with automotive scheduling and Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) toolsCustomer service experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Forms, etc.)Previous experience in a Dealership management system or 3rd party application supportWorking knowledge of Salesforce or other CRMsExperience with the myKaarma suite of products and 'Admin Tool' portal is a plusBenefitsFlexible Work Environment: We embrace a high-performance, flexible structure that values freedom and responsibility.Health and Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits, along with wellness and telework stipends.Time Off: Generous vacation time to recharge and balance life outside work.In-Office Perks: Enjoy dog-friendly offices and unlimited snacks or refreshments on-site.Company OverviewmyKaarma is a cloud based automotive customer interaction management company.
