Responsibilities • Conducting legal due diligence on US antitrust laws. • Drafting all antitrust formation-related documentation. • Counsel U.S. and non-U.S. clients on investment strategies. • Contacting clients and managing deals. Requirements • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree (LLM or foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school. • Must be admitted, and in good standing, to the bar in the jurisdiction in which you will practice; or must provide written confirmation as to ability to become admitted in that State or District. • Analytical, research, and writing skills. • Ability to work well under pressure and manage your time effectively. • Class years 2021-2018.
