Job Description Role Type: W2 Contract to Hire Work Status: US Citizen, Green Card Holder Start: Immediate Hourly: up to $35/hr. and full-time $70,000 annually Travel: up to 50% What You’ll Do As an Associate Adoption & Training Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients drive adoption and performance through impactful learning experiences. You bring a blend of technical aptitude, instructional design expertise, and dynamic facilitation skills to every engagement. Whether delivering live sessions, developing custom content, or aligning training strategies with business goals, you approach each project with curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for: • Designing and developing training content for Burwood’s clients. • Delivering training, in-person and remote • Working with our technical SMEs to develop user focused Job Aids and Quick Reference Cards Qualifications Who You Are • You have a strong background in IT or application training, both in-person and remote. • You are comfortable working with different web conferencing tools. • Your work style is flexible. Some tasks are great to tackle with a team, and other stuff you can handle on your own! • You can gather requirements necessary for training development • You have experience developing custom training. • You don’t mind responsibility, you’re accountable for your work and dedicated to a job well done. • You have the expertise and professionalism to interact and develop relationships with any level of an organization. • You have excellent presentation and communications skills. • You’re willing to work hours outside of normal working time to accommodate our global clients needs. • You’re willing to travel. The Tech Stuff • Detailed knowledge of M365 platform, Contact Center, VDI, Security, and AI, etc. from an end-user perspective.
