Daikin Applied is seeking a talented and eager AssociateSalesforce Admin. The Salesforce Admin will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce platform. Their work ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of Salesforce and supports business users. Location: Remote - Plymouth, MN
What you will do:
• Assist in the daily administration and support of Salesforce, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and page layouts
• Perform basic configuration tasks (e.g., creating reports and dashboards, custom fields, and workflows)
• Maintain data quality through deduplication, validation rules, and regular audits
• Participate to understand business requirements and collaborate with senior Salesforce Admins or Developers on larger projects
• Support integration of third-party apps and tools connected to Salesforce
• Provide Tier 2 analysis and response to incident and service request tickets submitted by internal business users, adhering to ITIL incident management practice
• Participate in the development and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure knowledge base documentation to support efficient resolution and continuous improvement
• Foster team collaboration and assist other departments as needed to promote effective team-building and cross-functional support

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 1-2 years of Salesforce experience or CRM experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred or in progress
• Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $25.72 to $41.20 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
