Operational Assistant Wedding & Events ManagerWe are currently looking for an experienced wedding & events assistant manager for an operational role within a beautiful4* hotel, to help lead the events team to deliver impeccable events, weddings and conferences.The PerksThe Assistant Wedding and Events Manager will receive:- A salary of £30,000- 45 hour week- Free meals on duty- Great progression opportunities- Lead a team to deliver beautiful events and weddingsThe PlaceOur client is one of the most exclusive 4* hotels in Berkshire boasting 92 stunning bedrooms, which have recently undergone refurbishment, they also have a beautiful, new wedding and events space surrounded by stunning grounds seating up to 500 guests.

The PersonThe Assistant Wedding and Events Manager will have:- Experience in managing wedding & events within a team- Experience in conference and banqueting- Be a great communicator and highly organised- Strong initiative & self driven- Impeccable standards of service with a passion for creating memorable wedding and events- A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations- Experience in hospitality in weddings ideally in hotel- Organised, well presented and with an eye for detail and live local to Wokingham with own transport
