Assistant Vice President, Consumer Engagement - Digital Acquisition

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Vice President, Consumer Engagement - Digital Acquisition to lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that drive aggressive new account growth for our Verizon credit card portfolio. As a key member of our centralized Consumer Engagement Team, you will work closely with our client marketing team to deliver extraordinary customer experiences and drive business results.
In this remote-based role, you will have the flexibility to work from home and occasionally commute to our nearest office for in-person engagement activities. We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $155,000 per year, eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies through partner channels, including purchase path, deep digital marketing integration, and display media, social, and paid search experiences
Implement A/B testing plans, segmentation, and personalization strategies to drive lifts in response
Lead reviews and tollgates, maintaining a focus on risk areas such as Fair Lending and UDAAP
Manage digital acquisition Workfront processes and proactively identify and escalate issues
Monitor and measure performance of digital marketing campaign metrics versus plan
Support broader Consumer Engagement team on other marketing projects and contribute to the development of enterprise-wide digital acquisition best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing
5+ years of experience in digital platform management and/or marketing, with a combination of web, email, mobile experience
Marketing management software experience, such as Workfront
Analytics experience with competencies in analytic dashboards and tracking
Ability to travel as needed (~10%)
Desired Characteristics:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology
Prior experience with Senior Leadership and/or Senior Management
Detail-oriented with experience working in a fast-paced environment
Digital marketing experience, including digital marketing integration, display media, social, and paid search
Consumer/digital-first mentality and experience influencing organizations and other professionals
