Assistant Treasury Manager, Data & Automation

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes Responsibilities Design and develop automated workflows and solutions to streamline repetitive financial tasks and boost efficiencyAnalyze blockchain & financial data and identify trends to support strategic decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Products etc. to develop or refine tech-driven financial solutionsPrepare reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python to visualize insightsIntegrate AI models into business processes, ensuring practical application and measurable outcomesCommunicate initiative progress and results to senior leadership, focusing on business value and strategic alignment Requirements Graduate degree in computer science, finance, economics, or other quantitative fields3-5 years of experience in data analytics, automation or advanced data solutionSolid experience in ETL process and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI etc…)Excellent in writing complex SQL and complicated business data logicSolid understanding of financial products and marketsGood knowledge of fintech trends like blockchain, digital payments, and AI in financeStrong communication and stakeholder management skills Additional Information #LI-CW1#LI-Hybrid #LI-Associate Life @ Crypto.comEmpowered to think big.
