Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe, warm, and organized classroom that meets the highest standards of care and education
Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to encourage partnership and support
Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans using our proprietary curriculum, tailored to each child's unique needs and developmental stage
Maintain accurate records, including attendance, child portfolios, and USDA documentation
Collaborate with the team to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditations, and family engagement
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED required
Passion for early childhood education and a genuine warmth towards young children and their families
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to pass a state-required criminal background check
