Assistant Regional Merchant

The Assistant Merchant is responsible for accurate data entry and maintenance of product information to support the Buying team and cross-functional partners, ensuring a seamless merchandising process. Responsibilities Responsible for inputting, updating and maintaining data integrity across all merchandising systems and internal files and databases: Support with buy process with buy document maintenance Review and validate seasonal POs in TSS Create manual seasonal and non-seasonal PRs in TSS Execute Seasonal product flow changes and execute any necessary Ship Mode Changes Input PO Change requests into POC (PO Changes) file, liaise with LLO and approve vendor-initiated changes Item Management in product tracking documents, keeping each departments orders denoted Responsible for preparing product samples for any meetings and product presentations. Responsible for inventory management, shipping of samples and organization of samples Support Merchant with content creation buys and any meetings Support with inventory transfers, working closely with planning and brand partners to execute in documents and systems Provide support to the Merchandising team with day-to-day tasks Skills BA, BSc, BBA, BComm (or equivalent), specialization in Retail or Merchandising Management an asset Retail experience preferred and Merchandising experience is an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs Financial acumen and understanding of retail math Acute eye for Product Proven ability building collaborative team relationships Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to accurately and efficiently manage data entry and highly organized with a keen eye for detail Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel (domestic and international) and work to support events Benefits Extended health and dental benefits, and mental health plans Paid time off Savings and retirement plan matching Generous employee discount Fitness & yoga classes Parenthood top-up Extensive catalog of development course offerings People networks, mentorship programs, and leadership series (to name a few) Company Overview Lululemon is a technical athletic apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other sweaty pursuits.
