Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support our retail property management team in Philadelphia and Harrisburg, PA. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Property Manager(s) in all areas of property management, including maintenance, tenant relations, collections, monthly reporting, annual budgeting, risk management, property improvements, and contract preparation. This is a remote opportunity, and the ideal candidate will have a strong organizational skillset, excellent communication skills, and experience working with property management financials. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Property Manager(s) in all areas of property management, including maintenance, tenant relations, collections, monthly reporting, annual budgeting, risk management, property improvements, and contract preparation Assist with the preparation of contracts, collection of certificates of insurance, sales collection, and accounts payable Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, building staff, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with all JLL processes, procedures, and platforms Assist with the implementation of new technology and data analysis to drive business decisions Provide support to the Property Manager(s) in managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience supporting a commercial property management team; experience working with property management financials is preferred Advanced oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Yardi; AP/AR experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment What We Offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Collaborative and supportive work environment with a talented team Access to cutting-edge technology and data analysis tools Diverse and inclusive work environment that values respect, empathy, and inclusivity C Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At JLL, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
