Assistant Property Manager / Airbnb Co-Host
About Us: The Lux Agency is a growing short-term rental and property management company based in Los Angeles. We manage multiple Airbnb and short-term rental properties and pride ourselves on providing seamless guest experiences and keeping our operations highly organized. Position Overview: We are looking for a very detailed, organized, and experienced Assistant Property Manager with Airbnb or short-term rental property management experience. This role is in-person and requires someone local to Los Angeles who can help us manage day-to-day property operations, coordinate with cleaning teams, and ensure a smooth guest experience. Responsibilities: • Assist in managing guest communications through Airbnb, Vrbo, and other platforms. • Answer guest inquiries promptly and professionally. • Coordinate and organize cleaning schedules with our team to ensure smooth turnovers. • Conduct property walk-throughs and oversee maintenance needs. • Support the team with daily property management tasks. • Handle urgent guest or property issues calmly and professionally. • Communicate directly with guests, cleaners, vendors, and team members. • Work on-site at properties across Los Angeles as needed. • Be available to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends. Requirements: • MUST have Airbnb or property management experience. • Local to Los Angeles with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills. • Comfortable speaking directly with guests and team members. • Spanish-speaking is a plus.
