This faculty member will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nurses through excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service. What You'll Do: • Deliver high-quality instruction in didactic and/or clinical nursing courses. • Collaborate with faculty on curriculum development, innovative teaching methods, and student assessment. • Serve as a professional role model for nursing students and colleagues. • Engage in scholarly activities including discovery, application, integration, and teaching. • Publish and present research findings at appropriate venues. • Mentor students and colleagues in scholarly endeavors. • Advise students and serve as a mentor for peers and student organizations. • Actively support student success and preparation for the NCLEX. • Participate in departmental and university planning, governance, and committees. • Represent the program within the community and professional organizations. What You'll Need: • Master of Science in Nursing (required). • Active Indiana RN license (or eligibility). • Minimum of three years of academic nursing experience at the baccalaureate level. • Demonstrated excellence in nursing practice and education. • Evidence of scholarship and professional engagement. • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
