Assistant Online Fitness Coach (Programming & Client Fulfillment)
I run a fast-growing online fitness coaching business and I’m looking for an Assistant Coach to help with client programming and fulfillment inside Trainerize.
This role is perfect for an online coach who loves the coaching side but doesn’t want to worry about marketing or sales.
You will be helping deliver amazing client results while working remotely with a growing brand.
This is a remote position.
Client Programming
• Build personalized workout programs based on client intake forms
• Create and update programs inside Trainerize
• Modify programs for injuries, travel, or schedule changes
• Update programs every 4–6 weeks
Client Fulfillment
• Deliver programs to clients inside Trainerize
• Answer basic client questions (workouts, substitutions, routine)
• Provide simple accountability and encouragement
• Flag any complex situations for the head coach
Optional (later growth)
• Weekly check-ins
• Form feedback
• Progress tracking
• Are a certified trainer or experienced online coach
• Already use Trainerize (BIG PLUS)
• Love programming workouts
• Are organized and reliable
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Want long-term remote work in the online coaching space
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
