Requirements
Ā High school diploma or GED; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ā Strong leadership skills and great organizational skills.

Ā Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Ā Ability to motivate and develop the branch team.

Ā Experience with extensive customer contact is required.

Ā Ability to convey bank strategy and technique via the Peoples Coaching Model.
