Assistant Manager, Operation Excellence

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure all processes and procedures are followed in accordance with company standards. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Train and mentor team members on operational excellence principles and practices. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions and maintain production schedules. Assist in the development and implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies to streamline operations. Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to ensure adequate supply of materials and ingredients. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on operational performance and recommend improvements. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee engagement. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety standards, to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
