Assistant Manager, Financial Reporting

Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with IFRS (for standalone company)
Oversee and review general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and proper classification
Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations (e.g. intercompany balances, accruals, prepayments, other receivables and other payables)
Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis, providing insights to management
Undertake special projects and ad hoc analyses as required by senior management or business needs Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred
Professional accounting qualification is highly preferred
Minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in finance or accounting roles, with experience in audit field is a plus
Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles
Experience with Netsuite accounting systems is highly desirable
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) Additional Information
