What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete service requests made by residents within 24 hours
- Implement and manage the system for handling resident service requests and schedule on-call staff
- Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance, service requests, and make-ready status of vacant apartments
- Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment
- Assist in preparing the property for various inspections and perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade
- EPA refrigerant transition and recovery certification
- Must own a basic set of hand tools
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and auto insurance
- Ability to work some weekends as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical certification in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a similar role within property management
