Job Summary:
The Assistant General Manager will oversee studio operations, including sales, staff scheduling, and stretching. You will work closely with the General Manager and/or Studio Owner to drive new and existing client membership sales, resolve customer service challenges, and maintain a clean and tidy studio environment. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication, sales, and customer service skills, as well as a background in sports science, medicine, kinesiology, personal training, physical therapy, or massage therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee studio operations, including sales, staff scheduling, and stretching
Drive new and existing client membership sales through outside sales, lead generation, and business development efforts
Manage staff schedules and resolve customer service challenges
Maintain a clean and tidy studio environment and ensure implementation of Stretch Zone's standard policies and procedures
Exhibit leadership by engaging in all studio activities and leading by example
Assist the General Manager and/or Studio Owner in meeting performance metrics, revenue, inventory, and facility maintenance
Requirements:
1+ years of fitness, health, or wellness sales experience
Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
Background in sports science, medicine, kinesiology, personal training, physical therapy, or massage therapy
Ability to work weekends, mornings, and evenings as needed
Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat with strong attention to detail and accuracy
