Assistant Facilities Manager, Land Management The Microsoft Land Management Team maintains recently acquired land and assets by the Data Center team prior to construction. Responsibilities • Support coordination of site inspections and property maintenance for recently acquired land prior to construction. • Complete in-person visits and inspections within the U.S. as needed. • Ensure municipal and county code compliance related to landscape maintenance, backflow certification, lighting, etc. • Maintain collaborative relationships with client, subcontractors, and vendor partners. • Help provide regular updates to the client on site progress through calls, SharePoint sites, and Teams communication. • Assist with budget management and forecasting future work.
