Job Profile Description:
We are looking for Assistant Digital Media Planners to usually work with senior media planners and help clients to develop strategies and recommendations for advertising, such as through broadcast, digital, and print and to work closely with media and account teams to develop and maintain media plans. maintain client media buy details.
Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and create media contracts with vendors to reserve media buys, responsible for accuracy of plan details.
• Distribute creative, URLs, and ad serving pixels to publishers as needed
• Develop relationships with vendors and clients
• Confirm ad delivery & pacing for all line items on media plan
• Communicate status to internal and external clients
• Monitor campaign performance and pacing
• Collaborate with Finance team to maintain billing reconciliation for client and vendors; identify and resolve billing discrepancies
Requirements:
• Experience working in a deadline focused environment
• Strong mathematical skills: comfortable with numbers and analyzing data
• Highly proficient in Excel; familiar with pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately
• Ability to multitask while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and organization
• Ability to collaborate well with staff, clients, and vendors at all levels
• Savvy in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• A strong interest in Media Planning.
• Previous marketing, advertising or media agency experience are a plus.
• Problem Solving ability, Attention to Detail, Passionate, energetic
