We are seeking an exceptional individual with a strong passion for medical education, student affairs, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. The successful candidate will have a doctoral degree in medicine (M.D. or D.O.), a Florida medical license, and board certification in an applicable specialty. Experience in academic leadership, teaching, and clinical practice is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide academic, professional, and career advising and mentorship to medical students
Develop and lead student support programs, including coaching, advising, and professional identity formation activities
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
Participate in AAMC Group on Student Affairs and serve as an ambassador for FAU Schmidt College of Medicine
Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and programs that promote student success and well-being
