Brand Strategy & Creative DirectionOwn and evolve BJAK’s brand identity across all platforms — from tone and messaging to typography and visual systemsTranslate business and marketing objectives into compelling creative conceptsDevelop campaigns that drive both brand impact and business growthEnsure brand consistency across digital, social, product, print, and other touchpoints2. Creative Leadership & Team ManagementSupport leading, coaching, and inspiring a multidisciplinary creative team (designers, writers, and content creators)Set a high standard for creativity, execution, and delivery under tight timelinesReview and elevate creative output to ensure alignment with brand strategy and quality standardsBuild a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability3.
